1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or buying our VPS hosting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Legal Entity & Payment Processing

Server Hulk is a brand owned and operated by HOSTNSERVERS.COM LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of California, United States. All financial transactions, payment processing, and billing for services purchased through serverhulk.com are processed by HOSTNSERVERS.COM LLC.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our VPS or MikroTik servers for illegal activities. This includes spam, DDoS attacks, port scanning, or spreading malware. We will suspend or cancel your service immediately if we detect a violation. No refund will be issued.

4. Limitation of Liability

Server Hulk is not liable for any losses that result from using our hosting services. This includes indirect or unexpected losses.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before your VPS or MikroTik CHR service has been provisioned, by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 0313-6154446, and you will receive a full refund. Once a service has been provisioned and access credentials issued, cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy instead. Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time from your client dashboard at my.serverhulk.com to stop future billing; cancelling a renewal does not refund payments already processed.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
