Server Hulk sells digital services only. This includes VPS hosting and MikroTik CHR licenses. We do not ship any physical products.

Service Delivery Process:

Instant / Automated Provisioning: Most services are provisioned automatically or within a few hours of payment confirmation.
Access Details: Once your order is processed successfully, your login credentials, root/admin access details, or portal notifications will be delivered to your registered account email address or made available in your client dashboard (my.serverhulk.com).
Delays: In rare cases requiring manual verification, setup may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your service details within this timeframe, please contact support immediately at 0313-6154446.
