Thank you for choosing Server Hulk. We offer refunds under certain conditions. Because VPS hosting starts immediately, our refund window is limited.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Hosting & VPS Services (Linux/Windows/MikroTik): Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of the initial purchase date. If the server has been abused, violated terms of service, or utilized for malicious activities, the refund request will be denied.
- Renewal Payments: Automatic or manual monthly renewals for existing active subscriptions are non-refundable.

- Step 3: If approved, refund is processed and credited within 7 days
- Step 4: Credit appears on your statement within 7 days of approval
